• Operational Data: Production workflows, sensor data, ERP integration data, lab/quality reports.
• Device & Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, access logs, and telemetry data for system performance.
• Support Data: Communications with customer success teams, support tickets, and service requests.

We do not knowingly collect personal data of minors.

• Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
• Enable AI/IoT-based analytics, production optimization, and compliance reporting.

Client operational data is retained for the duration of the subscription or as otherwise directed by the Client.

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Clients may request deletion of data post-termination, subject to backup and compliance obligations.

7. International Transfers

As a U.S.-based company, DaVinci may transfer and store data in the United States or other jurisdictions. We ensure adequate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses for EU clients) are in place for international transfers.

8. Client Rights

Depending on applicable law (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), Clients may have rights to:
